About us:
The main activity of FRONTIERWORKS is planning and production of video products typically animation films and sales of packaged products of these video products and related merchandizes. We also distribute video program over the Internet and mobile phones and plan and produce game software.
From 2005, we started to produce theatrical movies. We will start marketing films to overseas market from 2009.

1. Cheburashka New Products
Director: Makoto NAKAMURA
Synopsis: One there lived a lonely crocodile in a town who works in a zoo as one of their exhibit. When he put posters that calls for friends, the candidate visited him was an unidentifiable animal who came to the town in a box of imported orange and now lives in a telephone booth. Two heroes begin to build the House of Friendship for the lonely people in the town. It is a remake of Russian masterpiece puppet animation in 40 years.

2. The bears’ school
Director: Tetsurou KODAMA
Synopsis: It is based on the picture book, a story of girl bear cub “Jacky” and her eleven elder brothers that is popular among children in Japan. This short animation film faithfully reproduces the pictures of original picture book. The story begins with an episode where “Jacky” meets with “Katie” a girl bear cub who is a little bit older than she while she was on vacation.
3. Yah-Chayka
Director：Wakako KAKU and Shuntaro TANIKAWA
Synopsis：For a brief period of time, something has brought togetha a man who has convinced himself that death was the only way out and arrived at a village and a woman who suffered brutal wound to her heart and body in the past. “Yah Chayka” or “I am a sea gull” a famous phrase of a Russian woman cosmonaut who called to the Earth from outer space for the first time in the history of mankind unbound the man and the woman as a magic word.
It is the first direction of Shuntaro Tanikawa and Wakako Kaku leading poets in modern Japan.
4. Cheburashka Classics
Director: Roman Kachanov
